"Will never recommend this place, it was an urgent referral from my OB dr but Mary did not book the appointment for me than keep arguing with me to say I had to call the office to book, however on the phone she had told me there was time that was blocked for me since it was an urgent referral and I told her I wanted her to book it, she was off for couple day and I have genetic counseling, the counselor told me my options and what test I can do as next step, however when I call Mary to confirm the appointment the arguments started, she never book the appointment and was accusing me it was my fault, I try to deescalate the situation but she was keep raising the voice at me regarding to it was my fault and I was not happy. If it was miscommunication it’s still not professional to yell and accuse the patient over the phone, especially with my situation I made sure to book all the appointments, after arguing on the phone regarding to the appointment she tried to transfer me to the manager. Was on hold for more than 8 mins than after the hold it was the same lady. She said the manager has arrange the appointment so I said ok I want to get the ultrasound. Than she started laughing very hard and kept laughing at me than she said so the appointments was to have a CVS test but your been arguing with me on the appointments you don’t even want ? You cannot even get ultrasound until 18 weeks. But like I mention earlier I just had counseling with the genetic counselor and the counselor told me if I was not comfortable with the CVS I can just get the ultrasound. The lady’s attitude was very unprofessional and I was speechless by the way she spoke to me. It is already a sensitive subject nobody should be treated like this."

"I really do NOT like this place AT ALL! The girls in the front I guess do not mentally comprehend. They will literally schedule you on the days you tell them doesn’t work for you. I don’t feel safe with my upcoming cesarean. I was lied to by a doctor. Stating that one of my twins could be flipped to where he would be presenting head down, checked my cervix and stated I could try a vaginal birth being that he could baby a’s head at the cervix but got a phone call with a scheduled cesarean. But that wasn’t discussed at my appointment. Tried scheduling my last visit before my cesarean and they are fully booked… so they booked me on a date that doesn’t work for me!!!! I’m just over this and wish I could find different providers."

"I forgot my wallet and they wouldn't see me because I didn't have picture ID. The woman at the desk was not accommodating, she acted like I forgot my ID on purpose, even suggested that I could be trying to commit insurance fraud by pretending to be someone else. Her solution was to send my husband home to get my wallet while they did my appointment so he would miss seeing the ultrasound of our twins and miss any and all the information from the doctor. We are in this together and him not attending appointments is not an option. She said he could see the pictures after. Seriously? She acted like he wasn't even important and she kept calling him my "family member". She kept saying that I "knew ID was needed" but I went over the email they sent me and it didn't say anything about ID. Her next available appointment was in 3 weeks and she said that would make me too far along for an ultrasound! When I protested she came up with an appointment next Wednesday in the middle of my work day and said there was nothing else available. I waited almost 3 weeks for this appointment and now I will have had no ob care for over a month because my insurance decided I was high risk and made PPA my primary OB when I called them asking for OBs in my area. The lady said you'll have to ask your doctor and I said what doctor? You're my doctor. I don't have anyone else. So here I am, 47 years old, 10 weeks pregnant with twins and with no OB. I'm so mad and I will not go back to this place."

"Dr. Fuller is simply wonderful! She took care of me and baby throughout my entire pregnancy and so glad she did. She is smart, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Gives you all the options regarding different issues, along with evidence behind recommendations. Very glad to trusted her to help bring my sweet baby into the world! I would recommend her to anyone I know."

"The front desk staff is not very friendly. They are not interested in patient satisfaction. I was a few minutes late for my appointment (to sign paperwork, not the actual appointment) and the front desk lady had an attitude with me about it. I had my Anatomy scan last week, and have yet to get my ultrasound pictures via email or message. I’ve called everyday to see what’s going on and the RN Manager Deb keeps say she doesn’t know, and the doctor hasn’t signed off. She was not very friendly over the phone. She kept saying I can’t make the doctor sign off on it... she also stated that she would call me back once she talked to someone about the situation. I had to call her back each time. They don’t understand the amount of stress they put on women. I was worried about something being wrong with the scan. I have yet to get answers to why it’s taking so long to get my ultrasound pictures. This is so frustrating. Bad experience. The ultrasound tech who did my scan was amazing. I would give her 5 stars. This is not about her. This is about my overall experience with this office. Do your research and read the reviews before scheduling an appointment here."
