"Great hotel! Really convenient location, affordable rates, and friendly staff. I was a little bummed about it not having a free breakfast, but when I checked in they gave me breakfast vouchers for my whole stay!! The food was good too. I had a wonderful time!"

"Rooms were so-so for an expensive motel. Checking in, had to come back and get my room keys and what room I was in. Had to ask for directions. Had to pay for 2 days of parking @ $12 a day, when I was only there for 8 hours, 6pm to 2am… rooms were small.. Homeless and Hookers on the streets out front, expected a WHOLE lot better for a IHG/Crowne Plaza Hotel.. Definitely would not recommend. Only IHG hotel I could get near the airport for an early flight.."

"AWFUL experience!!!! Checked in about 2:30am and up to the room. Noticed some trash on the floor, but not a huge deal. Unpacked and started finding all sorts of problems. It looked like the sheets had been changed (but who really knows) and the dirty towels had been removed. Nothing else. We first noticed no towels in the bathroom so I called down to get those. Soon after, here is the list of issues we discovered: - No towels - Used soap left in shower - No fresh soap in bathroom - Trash in cans - Trash on floors - No coffee maker, but there were pods - No TV remote I called down again to express concern and Dan was very apologetic and insured me he’d make it right. We had been traveling all day and had to be up in a few hours as it was, so we discussed we’d deal with it that next morning. Dan was gone. I asked to speak to the manager. I was informed she was busy at the moment, but was aware of the issues with the room. Since it was booked and paid through a third party, she could not adjust the rate without me going through the third party. I contacted them and they proceeded to call the hotel management. The hotel informed them that they were aware of the issues, but “it should have been taken care of that day.” The same thing I tried to do, but was directed elsewhere. The hotel refused to make this stay right. Absolutely terrible experience!"

"Great service and location especially location. There is a shuttle to an airport but you can just as easily walk across the street and catch a free train to the airport. No issues with the hotel bar downstairs nice pool etc The rooms at least the room I stayed at was tight. Good for a short stay"
