"Christina and Tiffany at the Front Desk are really sweet and helpful. So are the housekeeping staff. Anything I've needed, they quickly provided. The room is clean and odor free. Very nice laundry and ice/vending room. Extra security patrols the grounds so I feel very safe here. Plus all I need to do is use the room phone to reach the front desk should I ever need to. The hotel is kept clean. They have breakfast in the mornings, but with my own kitchen, full sized fridge/freezer and stove, I've been able to cook for myself. Loads of delivery services for meals and groceries using a delivery app. So great location and great staff, would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Use sanitizer wipes to clean remote and other touch points since COVID. Found the furniture black with dirt, not dust. Provided dirty wipes to front desk, assistant manager, who was very apologetic. Paid for a Queen but room had a double. Hotel was full. Compensation provided. Basic need: room must be CLEAN!"

"This is a horrible hotel. The employees have an attitude with the guests. Maintenance guy didn't even know what a toilet flapper was. House keeping doesn't speak very good English. The elevator is a total safety concern, jumps up and down getting in and out. The carpet is nasty throughout the hotel, stinks. My room had a foul odor, general manager didn't seem to care,never came to investigate the smell. The outdoor smoking tables are also a safety problem, just sitting on them, you could possibly get hurt. Homeless people walk the property 24/7."

"I would not stay here again. This place is super overpriced for what you’re getting. The rooms smell SO bad and are very outdated. We booked a queen suite and were put in a room with a full bed they claimed was a queen. Room smelled musty and reeked of cigarettes that it made us nauseous. We asked to switch rooms and this time we actually got the queen we paid for but the room still smelled awful. Had to go to home goods to get a candle but that didn’t even do anything. The hallway also smells like sewage. I would just stay away. You can get better in the area for the same price."

"I have been staying here for the last 2 months. Christina is the most amazing manager, I have ever met. She make sure everyone in the hotel is happy and always is available for all of our needs. The owners should be grateful that they have such a great manager. Tiffany and Jonathan just started this week and they are a great asset to the staff. Every morning Tiffany is so friendly and always has a smile on her face. She always asked if there's anything I need. Jonathan is a great asset to providing amazing maintenance to the hotel. You guys should be happy you have people working for you that love their job and help the guests every day."
