"Nice restaurants and shops in the Grand Arts District. Tattoos, wine, vintage - they have it all and really nice people!! Very clean area - walked down Grand a bit as well and found quite a few more little fun shops. Very interesting area!! Love the chill vibe!!"

"Average strip plaza on Grand avenue. I like how they open up all the gates around the property in order to access the restaurants and shops. Also great on keeping the property generating income on re doing the hotel portion. It's been a while I've drove through this part of Grand and it's a great central location for many downtown residents."

"I love Desert Sun Plaza! I come to Goji Berry, Earth Cafe, and Testal all the time for vegan food and drinks, and the shops in the back are so cute! There is also an amazing coffee shop in the front, a killer hair salon, a florist, a bridal store, a lot of cool tattoo artists, and even skincare/beauty services! The fact that there is parking and a restroom is also soooo nice. It’s a great first or last stop on Grand Ave, for sure!"

"I love this plaza it’s a hidden gem. There’s a lot of local vendors and they’re all so nice and welcoming. I especially like Bonita BTQ. My sisters shop there all the time and they have great things. They’re very nice and I would definitely recommend a visit!"
