La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Phoenix Chandler 15241 South 50th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85044

"The hotel had an ok breakfast but sadly that was the best part of the stay. The shower faucet was poorly designed/assembled; the shower would shut off at 12 o'clock AND 6 o'clock. The mattress did not feel very comfortable. The bathroom doors were made with poor quality wood. The elevator was odd. I know that sounds weird to say, but it was freshly painted with what looked and smelled like gray spray paint and there were literally flowers in the ceiling. It did not fit with graffiti scratches they had not covered up. Our bathroom sink backed up with sewage water and we had to be moved to another room that smelled like they were masking the smell of cigarettes with a candle. And lastly, an INSANE couple down the hall from us got into 2 screaming and what may have been violent altercations twice on our second night. I know that's not entirely the hotel's fault but they should both have been kicked out after the first fight. When I asked about a discount/refund, the best they could offer was a 25% discount on our next stay at that hotel, and that hotel only (No thank you!!!). Overall, I cannot recommend staying here or at any other Wyndham hotel. A Hilton will give you more of your money's worth."

"Everything was great until morning, I had an appointment and had to be there early. I was leaving at 6:50 went to get oatmeal, this big lady stopped me and said breakfast opens at 7am. She looked like she had been eating in the kitchen. Finally after a few words exchanged she approved my oatmeal."

"So I got into my room and it was straight up NASTY! It was noticeably NOT vacuumed and on the heater/ac unit there was some nasty stuff that wasn't cleaned up. To top it off there was someone else cut toe nails left on the carpet SUPER DISCUSSING I must say. THEN to add to it they started pouring ded on my door at 9:30 (Even though I had the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON MY DOOR VERY NOTICEABLLY.) They bangged on my door til I answered it just to find out if I was staying again or not,when my stay was for only one night so why would I be staying another night and why did you have to slam on my door just to ask that? Oh and if it can't get any worse when I was eating my breakfast that they serve I took a bite of my bagel and cream cheese and almost picked because the cream cheese was SUPER SOUR! HORRIBLE STAY, HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, HORRRIBLE FOOD! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!"

"Aside from dog poo on the floor in front of the elevator, fake plastic plants inside the elevator, weird bathroom doors that stick, and them cutting breakfast service early, our stay was nice. The staff was friendly l, but they had a packed breakfast lobby and weren't willing to replenish the breakfast due to there being "only 10 minutes left". So after waiting in a long line for almost nothing, we just left and went out for breakfast. Very disappointed in that service. Will not be returning with attitudes like that towards guests. Sorry we would've inconvenienced you."

"The room was very average the elevator seemed a little sketchy. The location was the best part of the whole stay! However the hotel charged me 3 separate times!!!!!! I was able to get refunded for one of the extra charges but not the other! I have called the property a few times and each time they tell us that it was refunded on their side. This was weeks ago and I still have not received my money back. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all unless you want them to take more money then the rooms worth."
