"Cockroaches! This place was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever seen. Beds had stains on them, floors had crumbs and other dirt. We were immediately greeted by a cockroach upon entering the room. We decided not to risk the night and we left to book another hotel. I was going to ask for a refund but the front desk closed at 10 and no one was around. This place is as sketchy as it gets, stay at your own risk. Absolutely disgusting."

"Don't judge a place by its location. And don't let it make you pass this place up. This place is a decent extended stay. Staff are helpful and always say hello. What I love is that Beth and Vanessa remembers you by name. The rooms are small but serve their purpose. Nothing fancy but definitely not trashy. And if any issues, they are addressed quickly."

"I am here for work, paying $150/night and I’m sleeping with the lights on because there are so many bugs that I don’t want to know how many come out when the lights aren’t on. I asked for an area/ room that was quiet but, I was located next to a room with 3 young kids and across the hall from a couple of dogs with separation anxiety. I realize this is hard to control or predict, but the fact that my room opens up to the pool suggests to me that the request was totally ignored. I bought raid to combat the roaches, but still had to wear shoes at all times to prevent myself from stepping on them barefooted. The one good thing about my stay here is that there is a full size fridge so I removed the racks and placed my suitcase in the fridge in hopes that I would not take bugs home with me."

"Excellent hotel with excellent location. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by friendly staff "Vanessa" ,she always greets you with a smile and she makes your visit more interesting and memorable with her advices & tips recommending supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, and bars that are within walking distance. The amusement park being close was just another perk. The light rail now runs and it conveniently located right down the street Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Vanessa for going just that little step extra and making us feel comfortable!!! If corporate views this I would highly recommend Vanessa (front desk) and Beth (the manager) for a raise and you should really acknowledge their costumer service skills and how professional all the staff at this property conduct themselves 5 + stars you are amazing!!!!"

"My fiance and I moved here at the end of November after we had an unexpected loss of housing. The staff have been great to us, especially Beth (the manager) and Vanessa. Prices aren't as good as the last extended stay style hotel I was at, but this place has cupboards, a stove, ice trays included in the freezer, laundry machines in good working condition that can handle larger sized loads. All in all, despite the unfortunate events that lead to us staying here, we actually really enjoy living here. The surrounding area is ROUGH, high homeless and addict population but the staff do a great job making us feel safe and secure. Thank you ESA staff!"
