"UPDATE: SimonMed never sent the images they made to our Provider. It's been over 4 days. I will be hesitant to use this location. Terrible front staff, good imaging service. My partner and I suffer from anxiety and when one of us needed to be imaged, we went together for support. While I was in the bathroom, my partner was called back for an ultrasound. When I finished and asked to join her, I was denied by the front desk. The front desk claimed my partner didn't tell them to allow me to join her. The front desk then made a show of going around a corner to check on my partner, and claimed I was still not allowed to join her. When my partner came out of her ultrasound, she revealed the front desk had lied and that no one had checked on her. Our experience with SimonMed was needlessly frustrating and frankly makes me less trusting of at least front desk staff."

"I arrived an hour early. They still took me right back. My technician was super nice snd professional. It was an easy peaceful test. I wish I could remember her name. I ask if I could change out of shorts to pants when we were done. She said she would leave the room and I could do it in there. It was my first time out with an oxygen tank. She had no idea how much she was helping me. She made it the easiest test and even let me know when is she was putting extra pressure on certain areas. She was the a great blessing to me. She had no idea it was my first time out by myself, So peaceful and easy,"

"Total success. Star checked me in and she was so kind and professional walking me through the insurance stuff. My ultrasound tech was Nikki and she was wonderful too! She even put up me with asking alot of questions and was patient despite her schedule I am sure. Overall all 5 stars I will come to this location again! Thank you!"
