"I book a 2 double "non-smoking" room for me and my family to stay a few days. Due to delays in our travel we arrived late to check-in but I found myself calling other hotel in the surrounding area that would take us at 1am due to how nasty the room we were give was. The room was definitely not "non-smoking". The smell of cigarette was offal, we could not tolerate the smell. I looked at pictures online before booking and the rooms looked decent but the rooms look NOTHING like pictures. Beds are old, room was dingy. Not somewhere I would recommend as a "family friendly" place to stay."

"Stayed a few times. The staff is very friendly. This time I stayed the problem was the room wasn’t that clean. There was a used cigarette behind the nightstand. There was a used douching bottle in the cabinet. There wasn’t no trash can in the room nor remote. I went to the office they sent someone out to bring a remote."

Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this hotel is the perfect home base. Overall, I can't recommend Studio 6 enough. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and unbeatable location make it the ideal choice for any traveler visiting Phoenix. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to the area!"

"My family and I have been staying at this location on and off since mid December and let me tell you the front desk staff Melissa, the gentleman that works in the evenings (sorry I forgot his name), and Ashley have been outstanding! We had a small hiccup on our first reservation, but it was fixed immediately the next morning by Ashley. Her great customer service and being very understanding of the issue was enough for me to keep coming back. Since then my family and I come down from Northern AZ for my conferences, and they still continue to provide amazing customer service and accommodates our needs the best they can. I will say a little recommendation would be to have the rooms cleaned a bit better; it wasn't a biggie for us because I brought my cleaning supplies because we planned our extended stay, and I'm a little picky about the bathroom. Also, yes at times there will be a small wait for clean linen or other toiletries, BUT THEY LET YOU KNOW WHEN THE ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE SO YOU CAN COME BACK OR EVEN ASK TO BRING IT TO YOUR ROOM. Again, they have OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! :) And the best thing about this location, they have a decent kitchen area with table and chairs. Besides my picky ways, this Studio 6 team was EXCELLENT, and made my overall stay a positive experience for my family and I!! And just want to give another shoutout to Ashley for always being so kind, courteous, and very helpful each time I needed assistance!! :D"

"The office was uncomfortably tiny. The walls in our room all had splatter of some sort on them indicating they never get washed. The tub was black on the bottom. The sheets were dirty. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. We both couldn’t sleep because it hurt our backs so much. The pillows were very flat and there were only two instead of the hotel standard of 4 pillows. There was no ice, ice bucket, water, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Only 1 towel was in the room. There was debri and cigarette butts all over the ground including in front of our hotel door. The curtains are beginning to fall off the hooks. The curtains are dirty. There were arguments and yelling outside several times which left me feeling unsafe. It took several hours to cool the room down to 70 in spite of the outdoor temp only being 80. The closet shelf was looking like it was about to fall off. The only nice thing I can say is the office staff was pleasant and professional, the shower water temperature was good, and the place looks nice from the outside if you don’t look too close. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it were for free."
