I was slightly uncomfortable with the machine, but the tech and the assistant were so kind, compassionate and caring, they put me at ease and made this a good experience. "The receptionist was welcoming and made me feel less anxious. The MRI tech was great too! When I made the appointment the person on the phone told me I couldn't go to my local Simon Med in Sun City West because I have a portable oxygen. So I had to drive an hour away with back pain increasing. The receptionist and tech at the Phoenix location told me that wasn't correct, that all facilities have oxygen for patients. Someone should make that clear to the schedulers. It was a big inconvenience."
