"Uncaring, Rude and No empathy. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Took my 93 year old mother here today 8/22/2023 for a 3:20 pm appt. The parking at this location is horrible and it took a long time to find a handicapped space. My mother is is a wheelchair. We finally parked and went into the office. We were 9 minutes late for our appt and the woman at the front desk said they can't see her because you're late and you have to reschedule a new appt. There was no one in the waiting room! I explained about the parking and that she's in a wheelchair, etc. They could care less and I'm sure they just wanted to be difficult on purpose. But I bet if we were on time or early we would've been waiting in the waiting room until after 3:20, because as we all know these Dr appts and test appts are NEVER on time. It's a lot of work and takes a lot of time to transport a 93 year old who's in a wheelchair, but they don't care. We drove 20 miles and it was 102 degrees outside and we had to park close in a handicapped spot so she wasn't exposed to the heat for too long. You think these workers care or even consider other's situation's and have any empathy?? NO. We'll be using SimonMed from now on. Totally ridiculous behavior from these workers. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I'd avoid this location because if you're minutes late you're out of luck. What a JOKE you are!"
