"Went to this location to get a MRI and the front counter employee was very professional in helping me as well as there tech, but when they asked for payment for the visit I advised them that I spoke with there SimonMed call center yesterday to confirm the appointment and there representative said that I owe a copayment at the visit but I advised the representative that I don't get paid until Friday he said that's fine you don't have to pay it at the visit then but pay it on Friday. So I still had to pay for the visit today, but had to wire money from another bank. So as far as there call center representative I would rate them a 1 star do to not communicating with there other employees at the location do to lying about the payment as well as cant get an email correct when I provide them with the information. Overall the dearvaly location there employees do a good job just needs to communicate with there call center."
"I called prior to my appointment to receive a cash pay quote for a MRI. I was clearly quoted $255. But in person I was relayed payment due was $265. Upon my arrival, it appeared clean in this medical establishment. It was not busy at the time of my arrival. There was only one other patient being helped with two front desk receptionists. It started off with no one greeted and it felt very unwelcoming here at the front lobby and check-in. The person that assisted me at the front office was Sophia. Sophia was clearly unhappy and immediately started off with 'do you have an appointment'? She avoided eye contact throughout my encounter with her. She made a call internally but didn't say, can you hold on for a moment, I'm going to make a call. I opted to pay for my services with cash payment and she gave me my change without counting it when she provided it and gave me a lot of dollar bills. When I asked if she had bigger bills for change she said no. I informed that's a lot of bills, I can pay with my card instead. She seemed agitated by this. My experience with the MRI Tech was pleasant and professional. Unfortunately I don't recall her name. My overall experience was negative. I didn't feel welcomed upon arrival and or upon my exit. It was not busy and no patient at the receptionist area when I was walking through to leave. There was no exit greeting of thank you for coming in, have a good day. It was a very COLD vibe from the front office. Management please help and encourage your staff on customer service skills. Patients are there for a reason and could be in a situation of not feeling well or a poor outlook. The genuine compassion and empathy from medical staff may help patients through the process. I did observe other patients that arrived while I was waiting to be called in for my appointment, also not being greeted or assisted with a friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend SimonMed Imaging."
"Desereh at the front was fantastic, very polite and professional. She answered all of my questions and set a great standard of care expectation. The Xray Tech that worked with me was also very polite and thorough. Double checked all of my information and orders for accuracy, and was efficient with her time. Great experience and the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful"
"This office and staff were great! Very clean and the front desk girls were very helpful. After asking about my high dollar after insurance amount, the receptionist told me sometimes cash price is better. She looked it up and sure enough it was so I went that route. Joe helped conduct my CT scan and we did have to use the contrast through IV. I've an anxiety with needles/ injections and he helped to ease the process. It was a breeze and Joe thoroughly explained each step as this was my first ever CT scan. Great staff all around. Thanks guys!"
