"Really gross facility. Dirty offices and heavily used equipment. Front desk very nice and helpful. Tech wasn’t friendly and didn’t provide lead covering during X-rays but he got me in and out."

"I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes ahead of schedule. The receptionist at the front desk was incredibly friendly and even offered me water. During the MRI tests, I felt well taken care of, and the technicians were very supportive, especially when I felt scared during the scan."

"The people working there at 5 o’clock are so rude and have no etiquette. They don’t get you, no smile, no response to you and questions. They are robots. They don’t want to be there then get another job!! It was a horrible experience. They made me want to run out of there! The MRI tech wouldn’t let me get a word in and I’d I did, she made it seem like I wanted to argue. I’ll never go there again! Horrible office!"

"I came with my elderly mother for her to have an MRI done. The MRI tech was too quick and rushing us. They took us back 30 min. Before our appt. Which is great, so I didn't see the need to rush us. She told us to remove anything with metal and she left us standing in the hallway and walked away. Do we undress in the hallway? She was talking so fast I could barely understand her. When I answered her questions she wouldn't let me finish and would begin to talk over me and ask the next question, so rude! I can't imagine her speaking with an elderly patient. She definitely needs to improve her bedside manner. No name tag either!"
