"I had to change my appointment 3 times because their online appointment system scheduled me wrong and they had to reschedule. Then when I went to the rescheduled appointment, they sent me home and said my appointment was too late in the day when they needed 2 hours for my 2 part procedure. After the “successful” appointment, I paid and left. Then they called to tell me they only charged me for one part of my appointment. I paid over the phone, then got a bill for the second part (that I paid over the phone). I had to make an appointment for a procedure, and after I did that, they called and said that the office where I made the appointment doesn’t do that type of procedure, so they rescheduled it at a different office. When I was waiting to be called in, there was a patient who drove several hours there for her appointment and they told her they cancelled her appointment earlier that day (while she was driving) and that she would have to reschedule. She was livid. I wound have been too. The actual providers were professional and great but the admin end of it was terrible."

Team at front desk was not rude, but also was not friendly and did not smile at all And had an And had a hard time acknowledging people Walking in or standing waiting for their help. Might be helpful to have them stand up when checking in guests, or at the very least raise their chairs up or monitors down so their faces can be seen over their monitors and they have the ability to see people when they’re walking in or standing waiting for them."
