"I had usually have all my radiology needs at Simon med. they are very thorough in what the do. I had a mammogram for the first time there and when I walked into the room I was immediately relaxed. The atmosphere that the tech had set up was very calming. I could feel she is a very caring person and she was very gentle and personable. I have had to pay out of pocket at times and found the prices very affordable. ❤️ Simon med."

"We arrived 40 mins early, they were 7 minutes behind in calling my wife back for her MRI, but nice when they did. I had the option of being in the MRI room also. One of the employees was very short with us, felt like we interupted her day. MRI took 10 minutes, after 15 minutes of redressing and waiting in the back area. Not impressed. This should have been smoother & as 2 disabled veterans, i would recomend vets go somewhere else. We'll see how the MRI comes out in the results afterwords."

"This location was very busy but I had an appointment which made my wait about 15 minutes. My scans took about 30 minutes. The tech was very good and knowledgeable. He was great with talking me through the whole thing. I will pick this location again if needed."

"I have nothing to say bad about this imaging center. Since I had already filled out/registered online the check in process was very quick. My wait time in the lobby was maybe 5 minutes. The lobby is very spacious so you don't feel like cramped. Everyone was very nice. My technician was very nice. She explained to me in detail everything she was going to do so I wasn't surprised and she was very talkative which is a good thing that means she likes her job and interacting with customers unfortunately I don't know her name but if I did I'd give her kudos she deserves it. I would highly recommend this office it's easy to get to and it's easy to get out of as far as traffic."

"Great experience from the front desk, and the imaging tech, the evening of December 29th. It must’ve been a long day, and to add to that, the equipment took a downturn. Well, they could have stopped operations for the rest of the evening. The technician, wonderful young professional, communicated the situation to the front desk, and information was relayed to me and the option of attempt to restart after a few minutes to assess equipment functionality. It ended up that different equipment had to be engaged. All this, and the fact that due to unknowns, I would not be charged until the procedure was successful, was politely communicated by the young lady at the front desk. Throughout this situation, they remained professional and courteous. The procedure was successful, I took care of necessary documentation, paid, and left. Very refreshing display of excellent client service and demonstration of brand awareness. SimonMed Estrella should acknowledge and appreciate these two impressive staff members!"
