"Employees were great and dropped what they were doing to help us. The continental breakfast has so many options from pancakes and waffles to bagels and cereal. Our two rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. I'd stay here again."

"Great customer service from every employee we've encountered. The rooms are comfortable and the right size for our family of four, however the doors, (all the doors) are very loud. We could hear people down the hall coming and going, the party upstairs opened and shut their door over and over, early in the morning, and we heard it every time. and the bathroom door creaks when closed, an inconvenience when your teenage son is attempting to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The pool was great, big, and not your typical square motel pool. Plenty of shade and loungers, plus a waterfall feature makes it very relaxing. Obviously, free continental breakfast is a plus. I'd stay here again if in town for a Coyotes or Cardinal's game. The surrounding area has a ton of food, shopping, and entertainment options as well. Stay here if you're looking for a place in Glendale."

"Location is great and beautiful! A lot of shops and Starbucks in walking distance. The pool area is also beautiful. My room was not cleaned. The microwave was dirty and the sink would not drain. I called the front desk and told him. He said he would send someone but that never happened. Also, the front desk guy that checked me in literally called my room to flirt and ask for my number while I was preparing for bed. Rude and unprofessional."

"Nice place. I gave it one star because I was approached by the staff and they asked to see my room key. I was on the phone and told him to go away. He very rudely told me to show my key or get off the property. I am a businessman, and very much do not look like a vagrant. Not real happy!"

"Stayed 3 nights and I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and how quiet the room was (even for a first floor close to the pool). Staff was nice and helpful. Danny, the shuttle driver went above and beyond (even gave me a discount coupon to a nearby restaurant and had good recommendations). Their breakfast area was nice and had good options every morning! Loved their pancake machine! The ONLY thing I would recommend improvement on is bathroom cleaning. I saw a couple of things I didn’t like but all in all it was a good experience!"
