"I stayed for a night while traveling between cities. The receptionist was nice and the room was clean. The street noise was pretty loud. I walked to a nearby Korean restaurant and was followed by a homeless man with his hands down his pants, so I would not say the neighborhood is walkable. All in all it was ok. The reason I wouldn’t stay again at this property or any others owned by this company is because I have been getting promo emails and calls non-stop. They literally called me 5 times in the last 3 days about some promotion they are running. I had to block the two phone numbers that called me."

"Great room with kitchen, diningtable, living area with sofa, separate bedroom and nice bathroom with sink area outside shower and toilet area. Location is NOT good. This place is surrounded with homeless drug addicts. I have been told the bus system is free and unfortunately this intersection is their hang out. Be very cautious if you stay here!"

"The only positive thing I can say is the hotel and rooms are nice and the laundry was free. The road noise is horrible and we slept in earplugs every night. The staff are rude and have no intent to make your stay better nor do they want to smile, be helpful or even care if their guests are there. When I lost my key card at midnight, one night, the hotel was locked from the pool area which already is within a locked gate. I knocked and the front desk woman, very annoyed, let me in. I showed her my drivers license and because it was an interim renewal license (paper w/pic), she threatened to call security if it really “wasn’t my room”. My name was even on the room. My Costco Citibank as another ID. I was 45 min late checking out (10:45) because I woke up late and had to shower before my flight. Three times staff knocked on my door instructing me to vacate. The third time the manager forcefully/rudely demanded me to vacate. I told her to come in and clean, but she said no, I had to leave. I threw my half packed bags into the hallway and finished getting dressed. Come on! Do not stay here. HGV member."

"The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. I usually choose a shower over a bath, but the tub in our suite was so inviting that I enjoyed a long soak after our day's hike. Our room backed onto the road, and we heard vehicle noise and the A/C throughout the night. It didn't bother me as much as it did my partner. If I were to stay again, I'd request a room on the interior (looking out on the pool). Our door keys gave us access from the street to the lobby, and the front desk was staffed as well. We did see several people walking through the hotel parking lot who did not appear to be guests, but we didn't have any issues parking our car there."

"Had a living room area with a very small kitchen, 2 burners, no oven and small stove. There wasn't a big bowl or anything to beat eggs in, we had to use a pot. No measuring cup. The cook top surface was too small, we had to move the pan around to cook something. I had a live bug on my pillow! There was huge cockroach in the bathtub, never seen one that big. The pillows were to big and hard. We asked for 2 feather pillows and we got one about 2 inches thick. Why would they even provide a feather pillow so thin it was like nothing? When we asked for 2 thicker feather pillows and we got it. The toilet paper was too rough.We had a room with a balcony. It was kind of small, but good for 2 people. Doesn't have a restaurant or breakfast. We got this through RCI our timeshare. This one of the most basic timeshares that we've stayed it."
