"The room smelled like old musty socks. I'm not sure when they gave their rooms a good clean. The shower was very small compared to the room size. Mildew was found in the shower. All furniture needs an update along with the front doors. Curtains was not enough privacy for the front door. If you have to stay here I recommend wearing shoes at all times. Would not stay here again."
"This is an old school hotel located in the middle of Williams Centre. Room are dated but really big, bathroom was very small but the basin was in the bedroom which gave a retro feel. The free breakfast was fine - always better than nothing. Several restaurants at a walking distance. The staff was the highlight - they were very helpful. Would stay here again."
"As a frequent guest of Hilton properties for both personal and business purposes, I arrived at the location on Sunday evening expecting the usual standard of service. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk provided a total of $414 for a three-night stay. Given my familiarity with Hilton's pricing structure, I expressed concern about the seemingly low amount and sought clarification from the clerk, who reassured me that it was the correct total, inclusive of taxes for the entire duration of our stay. However, the following day at 3 PM, I received a voicemail indicating that we needed to vacate the room immediately for housekeeping to prepare it for the next guest. Upon calling the hotel to address the discrepancy, I was initially met with the same message. After persisting, I was informed that we had been mistakenly checked out by the morning staff, resulting in our belongings being relocated to accommodate another guest. Understandably frustrated, I requested to speak with a different staff member, who promptly apologized for the error and assured me that it would be rectified. Unfortunately, the following morning, upon checking out, I was presented with a bill totaling $489.00. When I queried this discrepancy with the front desk, I recounted the details of our initial check-in interaction, only to be informed that there had indeed been an error in the charging process. While I have consistently enjoyed my stays at Hilton properties, this experience has left me disappointed. Regrettably, I would hesitate to revisit this particular location in the future."
"The property is definitely dated. However, I love the room layout. It appears to be a full suite property, and it's nice to have a separate living room area adjoining the very spacious bedroom area. The staff is great, I had to have some equipment delivered to the hotel and it arrived 3 days prior to my check in. I called the front desk to let them know it was coming and they were extremely accommodating and had it ready for me on arrival. They greeted me with a smile, recognized my honors status, helped me with my equipment, and offered to change my room when I saw that it was close to elevator. However, with open layout I kept the room they placed me in. The location is pretty convenient for my purposes, I'm working out of the airport, wanted to be closer to local food options, but didn't want to pay all of the higher prices in the downtown locations, so this was the perfect compromise. Many options for food within 5-10 minutes of the hotel and 20 minutes from the main gate to the airfield. The pool area is beautiful, especially after the sun goes down. It's definitely a hit for anyone with kids. There is a restaurant bar, but looking at the menu I opted for off property options for dinner. They have complimentary breakfast, but I don't normally eat in the morning so I didn't try it. Overall, I like the property and will definitely keep it on my list of preferences for work accomodations when I'm in town."
"Great location..rooms are nice but outdated a bit by way of outlets and device charging ability.. Grounds are clean and well kept..pool area is nice and clean as well.. Rob at the front desk is a complete gentleman and welcoming when I checked in and very nice and appreciative of my business..he was a joy to deal with!! Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from and also plenty of food options in the area to eat... Good rates and location is a good reason to check this spot out when deciding on a room in Tucson."
