"I could not believe they have not taken those pictures down. The pictures do not even match the pictures on their website. I did not want to touch or even put down my bags on anything inside the room. The bathroom looked like it has not been used for months. The wall was broken. The sink was clogged. The outlets were torn. The bedspread was full of blood and ripped. There was blood on the floor. We had to get our money back because I was not going to stay in a place like that."
"Absolutely fantastic service! Wonderful receptionist at the desk - just wonderful! A lot of times the service alone is how I will judge every category. As a customer service expert that's just how I roll. However, in this case, this place is absolutely atrocious! It would be one thing if it were like $30 a night. I would have rated it for $30 a night. A stay in this roach-infested, broken down, fecal smelling, dangerous environment, wall paint peeling, nasty nasty horrid pit of Hell place, it cost me over $100 for myself and my dog. I would not ever recommend this place to anybody! Great service though! Great service!"
"Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. When we pulled up, there was a ton of addicts roaming the parking lot (around 11pm). Went inside and smelled like straight fish (it is right next to a seafood place so we chopped it up to that) while waiting for someone to assist us, we noticed you could pay with cash app.. that was odd..and you can buy drug paraphernalia and cigarettes in the lobby! NOW THE REAL DISGUST BEGAN. We got our room key (161) we pulled up and the first sign should have been the wide open curtains being held together by trash bags, we could clearly see the room was not cleaned from the outside but wanted to take pictures to show the front desk so we could get money back… the bed had so much blood on it, it looked like someone had been killed there, burnt foil on the end tables and literal human feces on the floor. Went back to the front to explain why we couldn’t stay there, the guy at the front was very apologetic and offered us a new room but we declined.. he did end up refunding us, but I couldn’t imagine being on the road for a long time and stopping here, or this being a place that represents Tucson. Absolutely disgusting."
"No star (but had to put one so a review can be written to inform the public). The negative reviews about this place are actually correct. I have to say I do appreciate the front desk person was really helpful but even a nice staff cannot save this place from apparently years of poor management. This place should not even appear on Google search or Expedia app as it is not up to basic shared standards of budget motels (and we’ve stayed many of these for years). Good luck to this property."
"The pictures of this place are deceiving! This place is the most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. The rooms are disgusting its roach invested not to mention there was not one but two mice in our room. We took our blacklight out the the filth we saw was unbelievable. Curtains filth the bathroom had no curtain there was a whole showing the pipes under the sink where roaches were coming out of. TV barely worked wires sticking out everywhere bed was broken and old food in mini frig. Also the people hanging around the hotel looked like zombies all hunched over someone opened our door within two minutes of getting there and used a key card like we had to get in. Then saw the same people who came in our room asking for money outside. It's drug infested bug infested and even sell drug paraphernalia at the front desk. Not sure how they are still in business. WE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT I'm scared for anyone that stays there stay away if the hotels not robbing you someone outside will and the staff in so unpleasant won't even give you a towel cuz the room didn't have any don't waste you money there homeless live better in tents than being in this place."
