We brought our RV in just before the cold snap and they were able to hook us up with power (their shop was packed with RVs), saving us from having to come back another time. "I requested info on a nose bra/mask for my Gateway 5th Wheel. I was asked to send exact measurements and photos of the RV. The website refers to "Custom Made" covers, and shows a picture (under the 5th Wheel section) of a 5th wheel RV with a nice-fitting front cover/nose bra. I assumed I'd get a cover that was "custom made" to fit my RV. What I got was a square piece of naugahyde-like material that doesn't fit at all. You can see from the pics, it's not wide enough to cover the front of the RV. Also, the suction cups provided with the cover are inadequate to hold the cover, which is fairly heavy on the RV. I waited several months before opening the package and attempting to install it. My mistake - when I sent pics of the poor fit to Active Upholstery and asked for a refund, I was told it was too late to return it. If you're looking for a "custom made" RV cover, this is not the place to get it..."
