"Thank you for responding to my review, this is a sign of great management I hope my review is more helpful to the store's interaction with customers .The biggest mistake you can make as an associate in sales is not knowing your means so much to customers, your associate was doing great I ask if I can get a discount on a chock dirty item and he said the most was 10% which is fine the a hefty associate to his right said to him, there mark down item can't get discount, then are clerk said sorry can't give you 10%off, funny but the one who intervene needs training but your store deserves 4stars 5stars if the store was more welcoming"
