"My fellow people of Yuma I want you to know this is what they are having us do with your donations you bring to the “2nd chance thrift store”. Having it collect dust outside only to be thrown away when drop them off and leave Your personal belongings, your passed on loved ones belongings and miscellaneous items that your heart feels could be given for someone else’s use. Just thrown away treated like rubbish taken away by trash men. There is no order in the warehouse nor organization. I’m no longer being forced to lie to customers and the citizens of Yuma donating, that the clothes and furniture are being disinfected and cleaned when in reality they have been sitting in the corner and not going in the broken “hot box” months collecting mold and mildew and then being put on the floor to sale just cheating customers of their hard earned money. Dirty stained beds not disinfected like they are telling the customers they are; being sold at a outrageous price hustling innocent customers of their money. The last photo I posted was a result of me being there trying to “restore order” in the warehouse having designated a new area for black bagged clothes in a new area and having the space cleared out again. Brought life back in the warehouse only lasted until they realized I was honest and motivated something not found here at the cross roads mission thrift store. PLEASE TAKE YOUR DONATIONS TO HONEST PLACES LIKE GOODWILL, AMBERLYS PLACE OR SALVATION ARMY!!!!!!! They won’t treat your donations like garbage to be thrown away when you aren’t looking or stuffed in a corner to not be processed and collect moisture ruining the goods you are bringing."

"Very neat and organized. Selection is sparse. Prices are too high for the quality of items offered."

"If I could give less than one star I would. Prices are ridiculously expensive, I found the same things at Walmart, Dollar tree, Dollar general for less money and new. My son's belt broke so that's why we were there to replace it. We got followed around the store like we were shop lifting, we left and will not recommend this store to anybody. I would have spent a pretty penny there if prices and attitude were better."

"I realize that purchasing from this thrift store is for a good cause, however, with the economy the way it is right now, I was horrified to see the prices. Seven dollars for one used towel. Many people shop at thrift stores not just to support the cause, but because they cannot afford to shop new. I won’t go back as I support the community as a whole and with so many people struggling right now, it makes no sense to pay those prices. It’s shameful."
