I am unsure that I have ever been disappointed with a product I have purchased from them. I do note that there are times when some of the people working there are a bit abrasive. The owner, while not having a complete stock at that time due to various problems with deliveries, promised he would order what we listed and would store them without a storage fee until the time came for installation in the house ... that time turned out to be late November 2021! Trustworthy and courteous, this is a great place to find excellent large appliances."

We were greeted with a smile and a real willingness to help the situation. No high pressure selling tactics here, just comfortable and friendly suggestions.
