"Mark was the greatest! Went in to see about a lift recliner- ended up purchasing a new bed and mattress, lift chair and bedding for the new bed. Bought the bed to help make life easier for my husband who suffers from Parkinson and neoperathy in his legs and feet. The chair is for myself- do not need lift chair at this time, but life has a way of creeping up fast Thanks Mark for your great help information and attention to our needs. 11/12/2022 Took new residents to see 2 of their 3 stores. They purchased a cabinet bed from Sandy and then we went to see Mark and they purchased a desk and love seat. They also found several other pieces that they will be coming back to see Mark for. Great service and prices to match. I recommend Mark 100% and Sandy was just as good. Thanks team for making new residents and clients of mine feel good."

"Horrible customer service! I called and talked to Yvonne at mattress warehouse in Yuma and she hung up on me once because I asked for a price match on an adjustable set for my daughter. I was quoted a price of 300 less at a different mattress warehouse. I asked if I could possibly get the price matched and she lost a 1399$ Sale. I cannot believe that this woman told me to call back and take the others stores offer! She told me the owner could not be reached for over a week when I asked for a higher authority call! Unbelievable! I will never shop this store and will spread the word about this guest experience! Don’t go see Yvonne she does not care about you if you call and she gets a customer she will hang up on you like she did to me twice! I will keep posting these reviews until I speak to the owner about this unprofessional behavior that lost the company 1399$. LOOKS LIKE ILL TAKE MY MONEY TO THE PHOENIX MATTRESS FIRM INSTEAD"

"Was very disappointed in the sales I received, I had advised them of my medical needs!! They sold me the worst adjustable bed... the owner Susan couldn't even call herself, she had her sales representative calll.. what a joke will never buy locally again!!"

"Cant compare the quality of service and prices....let me explain, one month ago I purchased furniture at Ashleys on fourth ave. At time of purchased they promised that all merchandise would be delivered within a week. I got the furniture within two weeks and spent a whole month waiting for my matress. I eventually cancelled and decided to walk into Mattress Warehouse on 24th. Walked in and was warmly greeted. Cant compare the service. I highly recommend it to everybody, and the prices are even better. Thank you.."

"AMAZING 4 month return policy. Most places won't let you return a mattress if you decide you don't like it. Understandable, it's a hygiene issue. However most places won't even give you in-store credit towards a new mattress either. Mattress Warehouse does both. 4 whole months to either get a full refund or 100% credit towards a new mattress. 4-8 months gets you 75% credit. Great deal. I feel very comfortable buying a mattress knowing it's risk-free if it starts to feel uncomfortable a few months down the road. We almost bought a mattress from Conn's but hesitated due to their strict no return policy on mattresses; very glad we stopped at Mattress Warehouse."
