"Bought a electric loveseat In October and a week after we bought it it stopped working in the headrest. We have gone several times trying to get it fixed. One guy came to our house and told us it was a bad switch and that he would order a new switch, still since October we have gotten the run around. We have gone in a talked to several different employees and they read on the computer what is going on and still nothing. I am so disappointed in the follow up on our loveseat as they won’t even give us the name of the owner. This place is affiliated with Newberry’s on 32nd in Yuma as well. Not good customers service at all."
