"I just relocated to St. George and I honestly wasn't impressed with the rental options in my price range until I viewed a property through Red Rock Property Management. I only had to view one apartment before I knew it was the one. It was clean, well-maintained and in an excellent location, which was surprisingly hard to come by otherwise. The apartment was on the higher end of my price range, especially with the added fees, like the RED rewards, which is required for all tenants, but I believe it was worth it. The leasing staff was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Colby, my primary contact throughout the application process, was excellent. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them with patience and kindness. I only just moved in yesterday, so I can't speak to their long term tenant care, but so far, I've had an excellent experience with Red Rock Property Management and I highly recommend them. Update: I'm adding to my previous review that I've put through a few maintenance requests since moving in and I've had a positive experience with that process so far. Ana, who was assigned to my case, was very supportive and had great communication along the way.
