"If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here based upon a recommendation of a friend. I spoke with someone named Charles on the phone about what need to be done and when they could do it. I made an appointment for 2 weeks out, that was the soonest they had. I dropped off my van. When I picked it up a few days later it actually worked worst then when I dropped it off. They were supposed to replace the Rack & Pinion. Charles had asked if I was interested in new or remanufactured. I told him new. I later found out from Gary that they hey put in a refurbished one even though there is no notation on the invoice about the parts being remanufactured. When I had suggested that the newly installed remanufactured part was failing, Gary refused to do anything about it until I got an alignment (which i found out that most other mechanics include in the rac & pin replacement) and new tires. As if that was going to keep the steering wheel from being jerked out of my hands when trying to make a U turn. He was very condescending as he literally yelled at the top of his lungs how wrong I was. Initially I spoke with him on the phone as the shop was closed, they do not always follow regular business hours. Then he continued to yell at me a few days later when I was in his office, after he looked at the van and he determined it worked fine. My husband is the one that usually takes care of car repairs. Unfortunately he has stage 4 cancer and I need to take on all of his responsibilities as he will not be around long (they say). Gary did not stop yelling/arguing with me in office when I was telling him that there was still a problem with the rac and pin until my husband stepped in. Then Gary calmed and even started discussing specifics with my husband. I was treated like a stupid woman that knows nothing about cars when that is sooooo far from the truth!! I had to walk away and chalk this up to a huge and costly mistake. No, I will never go back. This man was disrespectful, would not listen and could only yell over me and was demeaning. Especially when he completely changed his tone when a man, my husband stepped in. I am so disappointed and feel absolutely cheated and taken advantage of."
