"The closing manager, Jesse obviously didn’t know how a warranty swap works on a battery. He wasn’t even in dress code either, untucked shirt and no name tag, I had to ask for his name. Me and my friend work for Autozone too, we went not in uniform and he didn’t let us do a warranty swap and he said he has to charge it first, after we had already told him it’s a bad battery."
