"The battery prices are a little higher than many others , however, the real issue is they offer free battery installation but even management doesn’t know how to do it correctly and safely install the battery claiming it was the wrong size which wasn’t the case here."

"Well based on other reviews I'm seeing for this location, it looks like I'm not the only one that notices. Michael, the store manager, is an absolute angry bitter old man that either hates his life or working here. Just doing his job of looking up and pulling parts, he was dropping F bombs and swearing several times about me and other customers walking in the door. Maybe it's time they find another manager that can help customers with a smile and simply doing their job"

"Employee John super rude. Went in to buy metal men tape asked him if there was anyone who might know if there might be something better that I could use for the back emblem that came off of my vehicle. His response was I don’t know anything about that kind of stuff. So I said, is there someone here who does the entire time he’s piercing his lips at me making snarky little comments like we’re parts people Not auto people. I was like you don’t seem like you really want to help me. He said you could wait to see if this other guy knows something or not or whatever it’s up to you so I stated it seems like you’re not very interested in helping me. He basically says that’s your opinion you could leave or you could stay I left."
