"Went here to have valves adjusted, Tech discovered #3 intake lobe on cam was pitted and worn down. They didn't bother to call me and tell me till after they had supposedly adjusted valves knowing I would have to replace cam and rocker assembly. Tech even took pictures but didn't give it to me till after I paid for adjustment. Very shady place. Hope ppl look at reviews first. Had cam and rocker assembly replace at another shop. Don't let the positive reviews fool you, I'd wager they are ppl that this shop. And have had batterie issues since they worked on tri, check my batteries and they are not the same ones I purchased 2 months ago"

"Was told on a Wednesday that if I brought my truck in they would look at it the next day on Thursday. I got my truck towed in on Wednesday and they didn't look at it until the following Wednesday. They told me that my fuel pump died and I told them I already had a new one in the back seat of the truck because I knew It was starting to go out. I got the pump price estimated at another shop that told me they would do it for $600 but that shop was booked for a couple weeks that's why I called this shop and they told me they could look at it next day but didn't. Anyway I told them to install the pump that I provided thinking it would be around the price the other shop said they would install it for but in the end Kent's shop charged me 1,290.00 to install the fuel pump... I will never take my truck to this shop again!"
