"I had a code on my 2019 Freightliner with dd15 engine. I called them and Jesus said to bring it in. I got there and only had to wait 30 minutes before he was able to plug into my truck. He was upfront on the complicity of the def system and the time it would take to diagnose a problem which could lead to multiple issues. After running multiple tests we had to order a out put nox sensor. the part wouldn't get there until after hours so he had one of his friendly workers to stay until it came in. The next morning he put the sensor in and code cleared up but he did see a issue that would cause problems in the future. He ordered the other nox sensor and put it in by lunch. he got me back on the road that afternoon. The dealer would have taken weeks to get to my truck but he had it fixed in 28 hours! he took so much time explaining the system and what to expect in the future. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE to say the least."
