"Customer Service is definitely a 1 Star. If I could rate a negative star I would. I called several times after being placed on hold and hung up on repeatedly. I finally just drive over there and I know why. The phone is being left off the hook. I had no choice considering they were the only ones open on a Sunday and with my size tire. Wait time was not long because I brought in my tire instead of the whole vehicle. Yes, fully understand if they are busy but to put someone on hold and then hang up and hold times were 23mins or more. I waited at 23 minutes and no one come back on to say hold.. I don’t recommend this place."
"Yesterday I waited till 7:30 (they open at 7) and they still couldn't find their hand held scanner. None of the 4 employees could do anything with out it. How about change my oil then when you find it you can charge me, but start working! Now the next day it's 7:10 and I'm second in line at the door and no one is doing anything... I use to love them as they charge $19.99 for an oil change and don't try to screw you but if they can't get to work in the morning?!?!??"
