"The person working here with the terrible faded yellow-ish blond fringe/streak? In the front. They need to go. Never in my life have a seen a employee straight up answer their personal phone in the middle of a transaction and ignore the customer the rest of the time (there was another girl working (taller, cuter, tattoos) I felt so horrible for her because she kept having to take over for the multiple customers the other person was ignoring.) Thats right this person kept answering their phone multiple times and just dipping on customer’s. If it’s an emergency to where you need to be on your personal phone when your store is slammed— go to the back. Because of all of the chaos caused by this one person I wasn’t honored my professional discount."
"I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Bought XS gloves from here for my daughter for cosmo school. I was told I could return them if they did not fit. They came apart before she could even try them on. I took them back and the manager treated me poorly and stated that she could not accept the return because they did not have a sku. The cashier literally used another box of medium gloves to make the sale because the box did not have a sku. It is not the customer's fault that the box did not have a sku and that should have been thought about before they were counted into inventory and put on the shelf for sale. I called customer service and the manager/employee even talked them into not having her accept the return. I asked her to speak with the cashier who made the sale and she said she would not be back until next week. So they leave me with an expensive box of 100 (98 now) useless gloves that they sold to me. Even though they rung up medium to make the sale, could the manager honestly say I can't find medium latex gloves somewhere else 2x cheaper. Really? I try to support my local business but this is unacceptable. It is a shame that business have managers (employee) like these that treat customers as if their not being truthful. I am pushing a corporate complaint on this one. I will take it as high as I can. No one should be treated this way. UPDATE: Initial rating was 1 star because of the way the manager handled my situation. Updated to 5 stars because of my elevated complaint to customer service. The customer service agent assisting me was amazing. She even stated that there was a way to look at the camera footage from the date of my sale to validate my purchase. The store received a call prior to them calling me. I am very pleased on how the district manager and up handled my complaint. Thank you customer support and thank you lay employees at the store that attempted to help me settle this matter."

"Took my wife to Sally's yesterday; what can I say.....the store itself is clean/nice. The customer service was probably the worst me and my wife have ever experienced ...There were to associates working , they were to concerned with talking in the back while me and my wife were waiting at the cashier to pay for product..all together we waited about 15 mins and there was a other girl behind who just left.... I have never seen a cashier come out from the back of the store ...after we asked her for help because we were waiting and just went back again to the back of the store after she came out to the cashier.. ourselves and the girl behind us thought was this some kind of a joke....anyways the store itself has nice items ...I would of gave it 5stars if customer service was good...but unfortunately they should think about retraining there associates on how to properly give customer service....for that I give them -5 stars......"
