"I enjoy going to my neighborhood Walgreens because I am always welcomed with open arms by smiling faces and courteous individuals. One of the Walgreens employees name Michael always has a big smile and great sense of humor and to add on to this amazing employee he has a pretty cool coin collection. I know about this coin collection because of the delightful small talk we share when I stop in. I feel that your neighborhood stores, markets, and other businesses should feel like you’re right at home because these are people you see on a regular basis, I see them more than some family members"
"I've have very bad lung infection. They tried delivering my meds cuz I had no ride and too sick to get out anyway. I didn't hear the delivery person and they were afraid to leave it for some reason. I called at 530 and the pharmacist told m she would drop it o after work. She would not accept a tip I was trying to give her for all her trouble. I thank her so so much. They are closed on weekends and she didn't want me to have to wait. God Bless her. She is an angel. She was so pleasant and had a smile from ear to ear. I truly truly thank her cuz I could have been in hospital by then. It's kinda rare that people out here really take there jobs seriously and care about there customers. Bless you Bless you. I wish I got her name. I'm really sick and didn't think about asking her, her name. as I was sleeping. The p"
"My experience here was bad from start to finish. I walked into this location and did not get a greeting but noticed everyone else was greeted by the old lady with browish red hair who worked the cashier. I brushed it off and noticed she asked how the customer in front of me was doing and about their shopping experience. I brought my stuff up and did not receive the same treatment, I didn't even get a simple "hello". There was not a difference between me and the greeted customers, besides the fact that they were older than me, so I truly cannot pinpoint why she would provide quality customer service to them and not to me as well. I signed up for rewards months prior to this visit and did not receive them during this visit after being told during my last visit that I have an amount I could use later (they never mentioned rewards expiring after a certain period when I signed up). This cashier gives me the price and I asked about my rewards and she starts throwing her hands up instead of using her words to articulate the issue regarding my rewards. After this visit, I checked the website and it turns out the rewards expire after a certain amount of inactivity. I am not upset about the rewards, but I am about that cashier's attitude; she should be knowledgeable about the rewards program, she should have learned how to greet a customer, and how to handle a minor issue before she got the job."
"My wife ordered photos. I was surprised to receive a phone call from the photo department offering to do the favor of cutting some of the parts we wanted to separate and verify the images were what we intended. She let me know they would be done within 10 minutes. I arrived later after the photo department technically closed but the other employees assisted me quickly."
"The pharmacy at this location has went downhill lately. They are no longer open past 6 pm or open on the weekends. How do they expect people who work in the valley to be able to pick up their medicines at this location? Not only do the hours stink but they never seem to have anything in stock. The communication about non stocked meds is nonexistent. You have to show up before you find out your meds are out of stock and then they don’t apologize for the lack of communication. Service is extremely slow as well. Time to switch all my prescriptions to another pharmacy! So frustrating."
