"Made an aesthetics appointment with Katie and was rescheduled once. I received a call for the reschedule and called back an hour later to confirm the new date and date. Get to the office on the new appointment date and told that “I called and canceled, not confirmed” the appointment and that Katie isn’t taking new patients anyway. Why would you let me make the appointment in the first place if she isn’t taking new patients PLUS call to reschedule??? I’ll NEVER be back, not even a sorry from either girl working the window, very poor customer service."

"I was not quoted an accurate office visit charge for a facial lesion removal. After I had already paid initially, I received a second bill in the mail for $95.50. A billing supervisor refused to adjust this amount or even a portion of it. The matter is now with the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent billing. Buyer beware, I would strongly recommend a different dermatology clinic."
