"marie touched up my underdye, did not part the underside of my hair properly and bleached some of my natural hair and put dye over it, making the color muddy. she missed a huge spot at the front so i just had a portion of blonde hair in my dark brown and color. i tried to redye it at home, but found it hard to see which portions to dye because she had bleached parts that were not supposed to be touched up due to her initial lackluster parting. hair was not styled at the end (idk if i can fault her for it, but i’m used to styling being part of the service free). in the end, the service was super expensive and way more than it was when i got it done originally by someone who actually did me right."
