"Such a wonderful and unique spa experience. If you’ve never had the opportunity to sit in an infrared sauna and watch a concert/movie, or get an amazing personalized massage and steam shower, then please go here and treat yourself. This has been one of the best places my Fiancé and I have ever had the pleasure to go to. Corey was nothing but accommodating, and absolutely fantastic at really making us feel special. "We come out to Parker frequently to enjoy the quiet and relax. This time we wanted to elevate that by getting a massage and I am so glad we found Body & Soul! We did the 90 minute massage option (WORTH IT) and it included the hot oil, hot towel and hot stones. The deep tissue massage was incredible and the general vibe of the place is so tranquil. We can’t wait to come back!"

She found all of my problem areas and handled them with care but also relieved so much stress and tension. She stretched my arms, legs, and back which I had no idea I needed so much.
