"Absolutely disloyal business practice. They could care less about you when you need to save money. I was a car insurance customer for over 10 years and never once filed a claim or had an accident. So that’s over $12,000 that I’ve paid them over the years. I bought a new car and expected my insurance to go up slightly. I surely didn’t expect it to go up 50%!!!!!! When I expressed my displeasure to Susan Bott, she didn’t even try to get more competitive. All she did was offer additional coverages as options. So in other words, more money. I’m not kidding. Not even an attempt. Shame on this office for taking my money for so long and not even trying to keep a loyal customer. Trust me, they’re not even close to the most competitive provider out there. Go elsewhere and you will save money. I switched today. Good riddance State Farm and Michael Bott!"

"They were happy to take my money, but dropped me when I filed a claim to get my windshield replaced. I had been with them for around 20 years. Then after I was dropped, my homeowners policy came due for renewal and I told them not to renew it as I did not want them to have that business after causing such a fiasco over my windshield replacement. For the 20 years I had used them I had paid my homeowners premium out of pocket. Six months after telling them to cancel I get a statement of my escrow account and they did not cancel the policy, they went to the escrow account and took the premium (which they doubled since they no longer had my auto policy). When I brought this to Michael and Susan's attention they told me, "you said you were going to cancel, but did not give us a date when to cancel so we renewed it." My intention to cancel was unequivocally clear and my actions of purchasing another policy show this. Their dishonesty is very disheartening."
