"Absolutely appalling customer service!! Worst customer service and rudest employees I’ve ever encountered! Made an online appointment for Sunday as they had 7 open AVAILABLE slots to choose from. Employee calls me from the store saying they have no staff on Sunday and need to cancel the appointment. Told him if they are not AVAILABLE slots they should remove them as a choice to select from. He starts talking over the top of me mid conversation stating “then you should book with a different place if you need Sunday!” and hangs up the phone! Excuse me???????????!!!!!!!!!!! I’ve never in my entire life been treated so poorly! This employee should be fired! Save your hard earned money, go to a business that actually treats you like a human being with RESPECT AND DIGNITY! Absolutely speechless! They don’t even deserve 1 star."

"A very tough trip just became a little easier because of this team. I came to Phoenix from Dallas for my mothers funeral today at 11:00. Late last night while heading to my hotel, heard grinding coming from my back brakes. First thing this morning with 3 hours before the service and no appointment, they got me in and repaired in time to say my final goodbyes to mom. Huge thanks for making a tough day just a little bit easier."

The service given is above standard and not once have we get taken advantage off. They explain everything to the letter and we appreciate the care they take keeping me and my family safe"
