"Dear friends, I don't understand how this Allstate company has: good review, yes their service is terrible, horrible, horrible, they never answer the phone, I once sent an email to Mr. Pretzinger, he never answered me, today after so many calls I spoke with a worker named Maria, I asked her why it was so difficult to communicate with them and she responded rudely telling me that she was the only employee, she had no patience at all, she was rude, she was impatient, the attention was seriously a disaster, she also told me They raised the policy abusively, it is very frustrating to do business with this type of company, seriously Allstate is the worst ever but I will never use their services again."

"I was sold a car insurance policy and paid upfront for 6 months. About a month later, I was billed for a renters insurance policy that we did not discuss and I did not sign up for, and, I would have declined, because I already have renters insurance through another agency. Not once did Craig mention I would be signed up for renters insurance. Not once did he mention I would get a monthly bill for renters insurance, when I paid my car insurance in full for 6 months. Instead, I was told I was saving money, but, actually I am not saving money because I’ve now paid twice for a renters insurance. What a scam - This agency is not transparent and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. They run a dodgey practice and are not upfront about HOW they are ‘saving’ you money. Also, I’ve emailed and texted Craig about this and he has not once replied. The office staff never answers the phone when you call - Always straight to voicemail. The office has emailed me back pretty quickly, but it’s frustrating to not have them around to resolve issues when you have the time, rather, it’s only on their time."

"My experience Pretzinger Agency was very poor. I do not recommend doing business with this agency. Most of my calls were unanswered and I had to wait for them to call me back. Went through the process of separating policies to individual policies, (divorce) and that was a nightmare. It seems most policy changes were difficult to get accomplished. Finally cancelled all of my policies and went with a different company. Much happier with my new agent."

"Seems strange to write a review for an Insurance Agency but DANG!!! These guys are so helpful & personable I needed to take the time out of my day & share my experience. NOBODY wants to deal with insurance but it is like death & taxes so lets take the pain out of it... Craig & his team dialed me in quick & easy, basically did all the work for me and got me a smokin combo deal by bundling all my stuff together. HIGHLY recommend"
