"I will not ever use this insurance company ever again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I got sideswiped in a hit and run at the beginning of the year. The adjuster said that the damages to my car were over $4700, even though it was NEVER looked at by an actual mechanic. My front fender needed to be fixed, some minor dents pulled, and my driver side wheel replaced. It was perfectly drivable. That is not anywhere near $4700 worth of damage. However, the total loss expert deemed their pay off amount to give to the car company at $7000. How does that make any sense. I haven't even had my car for 8 months. And I still owe money on my car, but thankfully have gap insurance. This place is garbage and should not even be in business.... shame on you guys for scamming people out of their cars....."
