"Apparently there was a paint spill out front that was covered with cat litter and not cleaned up. I didn't realize that the litter was hiding a paint spill and it ended up trashing the carpet in my car... When i went in to get parts the fat Hispanic lady directed me way in the back to the commercial desk that was covered with food and personal items so that was a bit weird and gross. She had an attitude and was literally eating the whole time she was helping me. Her perfume was horrendous and almost gagged me. Needless to say ive never had such an experience in any parts store like that. I wish i had gotten her name to make the complaint directly. It was on 1/16/24 around 12 noon so whoever she was she was very unprofessional and a total slob with no respect for customers. Maybe next time put down litter then sweep it up before destroying someone's carpet hiding the spill with litter."

"Arrived extremely upset due to my car being broken. I was helped by an employee named efren. He understood my frustration and helped me resolve my issue quick and painless. Could find the exact part so he cross referenced a part number to find somthing similar. Ended up getting the right relay to prevent my car from overheat. Reccomend shopping here for all automotive needs."
