"This place wastes so much time. Made an appointment for a full service diagnosis on the car. Booked an 8am appt, got a message back from the manager saying they will do all the work, confirmed with front desk what they would do, and dropped off the car. 6 hourse later we call, and they havent even started. It is now 4:21pm and all they have done is the oil change, blaming us, saying that we didn't ask them to do anything else. Like what? Okay then"

"I have been going to Wilhelm Automotive in Litchfield Park since moving here from Virginia five years ago. They have taken care of all of my auto services and do not try to sell you something that you don’t need. As an example, I thought that I needed new brakes and they assured me that my brakes were fine. The staff is very friendly and are quick to answer any question you might have on the service they are are providing. I had the same auto service for over 25 years when I lived in Virginia and am so happy that I found someone here that I can trust the same."

"If you're looking for a reliable shop to perform an alignment on your vehicle, I would steer clear of this one. I took my 2022 Tacoma to them after installing a leveling kit, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. After the alignment, my truck consistently pulled to the right, which had never happened before. Despite taking it back twice, the issue remained unresolved. The final straw came when I scheduled another appointment and even offered to pay for a second alignment. The counter person I spoke with could not have been less helpful and seemed disinterested in hearing my concerns. To add insult to injury, he insinuated that I must have hit something. I won't be returning to this shop. There are plenty of other reputable places out there that can get the job done right."
