"I rented a truck from this place and while I was there I spoke to Richard about looking at my light problem on my vehicle I tow behind my motor home. Richard said he could do that. I dropped it off just before Richard arrived for work on Friday, September 2, 2022. When I arrived I was essentially ignored. There was one employee working with a customer and twice two employees walked in and did not offer to help me. One was the general manager who di not even acknowledge me and went into his office. Eventually a young employee tried to assist with assessing whether the lights were an issue on the motor home or the car. It was thought the issue was the car. I unhooked and left the car. No ticket was initiated just my name and phone number on a piece of paper was left with the keys. Close to 2pm I tried calling and there phones are transferred to a call center. Drove in and met with Richard. Not a helpful kind of person at first until I reminded him he told me to bring the car in. He starts telling me they don't work on this type of wiring because it has diodes. Wrong. If Richard bothered to even look at the wiring he would have seen the wiring was a direct wire to an added bulb in car taillights. Just lazy non-service. And then not even to bother to call me and give me the news so that I can pick it up. Too bad as I have had two hitches installed at this location. Never again. Poor customer service."
