The Staff are really friendly and always on the look out to help. Loved the packaging! Susan was very good and kind. She was with me as I shopped and helped me pick the jewelry for Christmas which everybody loved and appreciated. Will recommend anyone looking for affordable good quality Jewerly as a gift or for yourself."

"I made the mistake of using their restroom that was marked with a large public sign next to the door. As my wife checked out and wondered where I was she was told that I was wandering around an employee only area. If they intend for it not to be used by customers then mark it accordingly or don’t mark it at all and address the concern to me not my wife"

"They refused my return with the receipt, merchandise and the original packaging with labels repeating that i got it “at the airport”! Condescending, ugly, manager who would not accept the fact that my credit card had some suspicious charges and was just cancelled a few days ago. I offered to use a bank card instead to put my credit money back. They would not do it! It is not in their policy! I had to accept a store card or get out of there. She told me “Sit outside”! In 100F! And they had a few nice chairs back in the store! I told her my dog was sick and I do not wish to deal with this issue - no compassion! Ladies, this woman is worse then your worse boss you ever had! She is nasty! And this is for $190.00 return! Totally Scottsdale snotty (I let you finish this one). And I am a Scottsdale proud resident, just ashamed of people like that."
