"I have been going here for quite some time and undoubtedly they did a great job especially with high value shoes. That being said, on a pickup today that took some time for them to find, I was left at the counter that houses a large tv with a disgusting video of scantily clad women being filmed unknowingly. This was deliberately being played as during that time the video ended and it went to another video of the same content - woman who were on beaches, parks, airports unknowingly being filmed and this content being created into a movie set to music. Disgusting and appalling. I let the employees know I was appalled and would never use their services again to which they both replied, Adios. I encourage any female to beware of this shop. I can only imagine what they do with any security footage they collect."

"I really like this place. I've been here several times, and they always do a great job. Except, this last visit. I have a light colored handbag that was discolored from use. He said he would shampoo and clean it up. He explained it would not be perfect, but it would look better. It does not. I paid $65 for nothing. It looks no different and has a shine to it now that wasn't there before. I was really dissatisfied with this visit. I will use this shop again, but I should have been refunded or at least discounted."

"I LOVE this shop. Trust them implicitly with all my leather goods. Just popped in to have a few holes added to an ill-fitting belt and they took care of it instantly and on the house! I’ve taken many items here over the years and have never been disappointed!"

"Finally found an amazing shoe-repair shop near me in Arcadia! I took a pair of suede, over-the-knee boots in to be repaired and am so pleased by the quality of service and fairness of price. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and they had my shoes repaired in two days (near the holidays!) Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received here and will be taking many more pairs of shoes in to be fixed!"
