"I’ve shopped here since I was younger I’ve always recommended people there to that location but one day I needed to exchange a dress to a bigger size they didn’t have a bigger size so I just got credit next time I went in I was able to use my phone number to buy some thing else with the credit but today I went in to buy a shirt and some eyeliner but because I had lost my receipt they did not want to use my phone number to use the credit I had left. I’m so disappointed I couldn’t use my 25 bucks that are now lost? I returned the clothes but now I can’t use my credit?"

"43rd and 75 are good never had a problem ! Some of the clothes look cheap but the pants are good price if your on a budget or need something quick!!!"

"I drove all the way over here to a locked door. Please update Google that you close 10-15 minutes prior to 8. Horrible customer service I just wanted one thing. The lady refused to let me in and there were multiple people still in the store shopping. More concerned about going home early than customers."

"HORRIBLE! Never had a problem in this store before today. While shopping around I saw a few people trying on the merchandise on top of their clothes. Like a blouse or skirt. The employees and owner saw this go on for a while and I watched Them look at people do this. I proceeded to do the same thinking it was a common practice since the fitting rooms were closed. I even Tried on a skirt near the register and the owner saw me. There was a white lady with a dog in a purple stroller who was also trying on clothes this way. Not a word was said to her. I watched that lady leave and immediately the owner came over to me fussing at me. She yelled and called me rude for trying on the clothes in the store. I explained That I was Only doing what I saw others were allowed to do and before I got A chance to apologize, she began to insult me. She went on a rant about closing the dressing rooms due to Covid and losing a lot of money since they’ve been closed. She said she keeps them closed cause people steal and I was rude for trying on the clothes. After again explaining my reasoning behind it and that I was Not trying to offend anyone, she said I tried on the clothes first and made everyone else do it. I watched her watch the other lady try on a dress. I mentioned the lady who just left and asked why didn’t she say anything to her or anyone else in the store besides me. No response except she lost a lot of money during Covid and I was rude. Horrible experience and I do Not recommend anyone visit this store. I left the store and saw that WAVE in the mall down the street carries the exact same clothing for cheaper!"

"It’s ridiculous the fitting rooms are still closed. For someone that doesn’t regularly shop here and trying to find my size. I was told to Take it home and bring it back but they don’t offer refunds is absolutely ridiculous. Exchanges would be good if I usually came here but for someone that doesn’t usually come here is ridiculous. You’re losing out on clients because people can’t even try it on."
