"Pinnacle of retail. This store has consistently had top service and selection for decades. It has smaller rooms with the various sub-brands like RRL and purple label. The home section is always fresh but works with prior seasons stuff you already have in near-miraculous ways. As retail -- including other "good" brands in this mall -- have declined and become kind of sad and tired, this store remains among the best flagship stores in the US."

"This location has appallingly bad customer service. We like Ralph Lauren designs and thought it might be a good option for my partner’s wedding suit. Despite the fact that we made an appointment and pre-filled info about what we were looking for, we were handed off to a random staff member who didn’t know — nor care to ask — about what we were looking for. We mentioned that we were looking for a fabric with a bit of dimension or pattern; not just a flat blue. We were halfheartedly shown a couple of off-the-rack flat navy suits. The salesperson didn’t even mention RL’s made to measure options until we asked about it. He couldn’t answer the most basic questions about the offering — for example, approximately how long does it take for the suits to come in after ordering? The physical store location is fine — looks just like every other Ralph Lauren. But the service is appallingly bad. Definitely look elsewhere for bespoke menswear."

"The store was very helpful in setting up an appointment to fix buttons on a recently bought leather jacket. Veronica did an amazing job and had it ready the next day. Kyle was very helpful with showing me a few items and a pair of boots I will likely buy."
