"While I do ❤️ Freebirds and own 6 pairs. This store's customer service is lackluster. To be the only wmn of color in the store and not be greeted yesterday when I've spent thousands is crazy. I walked across to Madewell and dropped $500+ because I was greeted and treated with respect."

"Walked in to return or exchange a pair of shoes I purchased online. I was greeted promptly by a young gentleman who was very helpful my entire visit. I walked around freely. He checked on me a few times until I made a decision on which ones I decided to try on. They had plenty of sizes, hundreds of boots to choose from on display. A couple ladies were also working & they were friendly as well. Overall a very great experience. Very inviting and welcoming even if you're just looking. Love my boots. Can't wait to visit again."
