"My son recommended these shoes, but we don't have a Mephisto store in the Dallas area. I did not want to buy them without trying them on, so I called Corporate Customer Service with questions. She told me to call Aaron at the Scottsdale store and he could help me. He was great! He answered all my questions, and never pressured me. He said they were returnable if I didn't like them. I ordered the Nikita in white. I have flat feet and bunions! Aaron told me they may not have the arch support I needed. I tried them around for a few days on carpeted surfaces and ended up inserting an arch support. I wore them to Tucson and had them on for 14 hours - no pain! They were totally worth it."
