"Called before driving 30 minutes out to them to ask if it was possible to get fitted and my clubs adjusted as well as pricing. They gave me a very vague answer $99/ fitting then adjustments would vary … drive down there , entered with my clubs and went to the back to the service desk. Nobody came so I went upfront and asked them how to get started - they rudely stated well adjustments are $99 - um okay, I already knew this but they said it as if I wasn’t willing to pay. Anyway, Scott and another guy said they didn’t have anyone to do it . I explained I had called and they told me the guy on the phone should have said make an appt. I told them I’ll just go to Vans and then I went back to the back of the store to pick my clubs back up since I had left my bag back there. A guy follows me saying well I can bend them for you yada yada yada after they just told me they couldn’t . Told him don’t worry about it and ended up going to vans for half the price and customer service as if they care to actually help me. Absolutely trash service of a first time experience in this store"

"For a location just opening up, Scott the manager is very rude to people using the test putting green. Said the paint might come off the putter a I was using it wrong. Some malicious process is changing my edits to reflect bad spelling and or bad grammer"

"Loved my experience! I went to another Golf Galaxy across town and they really didn’t make me feel welcome and their turn around time for adjusting the length of my clubs was 48 hours. I came to this location and was greeted very nicely by an associate named Dustin, their turn around time was an hour, and even conversed with me while I was waiting and he was working. Saved all my grips which saved me money, and even gave me some great golf tips. I’d recommend this location to anyone. Thanks Dustin!"
